Regular order processing is between 3-7 business days (holidays & extreme weather conditions may take 5-10 business days). I appreciate your patience as I try my best to get your orders out in a timely manner. 

Once your packages have been dropped off at the post office, we have NO control over how long your packages will arrive to your mailboxes. Once it is dropped off, it is out of our hands.

~INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES~

Please check your shipping address PRIOR to submitting your order to make sure itʻs your current, and correct address. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS THAT GET DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. If a package is returned due to an insufficient/ incorrect address, you are responsible for the shipping to have your order resent.

To ensure your safety during these troubling times, Nyomi handcrafts, picks, packages & ships all of the jewelry on her own. 

For extra safety for herself, her family & her customers, she sanitizes all of the packages, hardware, and work station before proceeding with fulfilling orders.

Did your jewelry break? 

Please contact us at: iwalaniscreations@gmail.com and let us know what item broke and please provide a picture. We will try our best to fix & replace your broken jewelry, free of charge. There are lots of new products coming in and out of this shop so please provide a picture so we can make sure we still have those products in stock.
